Troubleshooting Skills for Deformation or Bending of Motor Shaft

When the motor shaft is deformed or bent, it can be repaired by correction, repair welding or replacement of the shaft. When the shaft is seriously deformed, the concentricity and coaxiality shall be measured with a measuring tool and corrected with a press. If the crack is too large, replace the shaft and check the material. Small cracks can be repaired by repair welding, turning and milling, rounding and heat treatment.
