Displace the groove pulley on the motor and run out of the serial shaft. After removing the motor, use two crowbars to symmetrically pry the motor wheel. If it is cast iron, pry the groove pulley next to the output shaft of the motor. Otherwise, the pulley will be broken. Use a puller as much as possible.

After removing the pulley, replace it with a key that fits more tightly or punch a tapered buckle at the shaft end of the motor shaft, and measure the length dimension according to the ideal position of the groove pulley. A sleeve and a shaft end gland are installed.

Then ensure that the motor wheel will not move back and forth again, and tighten the shaft end gland with screws (plus spring washers). After removal, it can be replaced in the same way.
